I moved into my house about a year and a half ago, and I've had so many changes I've wanted to save up for. I decided I couldn't wait any longer, so I wanted to take on the task of painting my cabinets myself... My cabinet painting journey is just beginning, but I will take you along each step of the way to show you what works best and what doesn't work as well as advertised.

My Plan For Next Time
My next step is going to be to paint the cabinets in my master bathroom. Here's what I plan to do to do:
- Use wood filler to fill in cracks from wear and tear
- Sand cabinets
- Use primer so that the chalk paint will stick better
- Paint the cabinets with 2-3 coats of chalk paint using a natural brush
- Sand the chalk paint if needed to smooth out brush strokes
- Put on 3 coats of Polycrylic while sanding in between coats
Ill keep you posted to let you know how it goes!!
